If you are witnessing a crime occurring and your life or the life of another is in jeopardy, call 9-1-1.

 

We recommend first reporting any suspected abuse or crimes to local law enforcement. Please include the location, time, description of the perpetrator(s), what took place, number of times the incident occurred, types of animals involved, documentation (photos, video, etc.). If you filed a complaint with law enforcement, ask the responding agency for a case number for future follow-up.
